Why are my emails not sent all at once?
Sending thousands of emails instantly is the fastest way to get a server blacklisted. We send N emails every 5 minutes, where N is the number of sending IDs available to your campaign, with no ID sending more than 50 emails per hour.
How can I make my campaigns go out faster?
Add your own sending IDs. Each extra ID adds one more email per 5-minute cycle. Your plan includes free IDs and allows a number of your own IDs.
How does payment work?
After you register we email you an invoice. Once it is paid we activate your subscription for the months you paid for. You can pay for multiple months at once.
What happens if I run out of emails?
Sending pauses until next month's quota, or until you buy an add-on pack from your dashboard.
Are invalid email addresses charged?
No. Emails that cannot be delivered because the address is invalid are returned to your quota.
